What are the advantages of wood veneer peeled by Teeth roller & Nose bar Spindleless (Gangi)

    The advantages is the following:

    Firstly, the wood veneer thickness variation is +/-0.05~0.06mm; when pressing the plywood, no need to use extra pressure to make the veneer surfaces closely contact each other, as a result, the compression loss of the woo will reduce abt 3%;

    Secondly, the wood veneer thickness is even almost everywhere,which will reduce the grinding amount of plywood during sanding by abt 2%~5%;

    Thirdly, the veneer fiber is destroyed by Teeth roller, so the dried veneer is not curve and flat enough to reduce the Drying heat loss by 5~8%.
